The company was established in 1989 by the founder & chairperson, Mr. Lin, Pi-Yuan and was initially registered as Regal Co., Ltd. in Thailand. Our golden story began as a design, manufacturing & export service company in popular jewelry & accessories industry with four production plant office buildings & fifty employees.

 

In 1991, Regal Co., Ltd. officially made changes to its name as Regal jewelry Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and obtain approval of the BOI (Board of investment in Thailand) as an official BOI local business entity. Our scale of production gradually expanded after several years in operation. The design crafts of our product has attracted customers from all over the world and stood us out from the local jewelry design & manufacturing industry. Poised to meet future operational demands & capability to accept larger orders, the company relocated to the current manufacturing facility in 2000, expanded its facility size from 12,800 square meters to 54,400 square meters.

 

To cope with the challenge from the business growth within our company and its managerial requirements, we have developed an expertise management system and acquired ISO 9001 certification in 2003. Furthermore, the ERP system was implemented in 2004 in response to meet our future business embellishment needs; rapid growth trend & resource allocate to achieve management efficiency.

 

As technology evolving at an exponential rate, “Regal” constantly strengthening research & development capabilities to meet our customer requirements. In 2007, we made a large investment to improve product design capability and poured efforts into developing cutting edge technology. The expansion of production machinery includes stamping casting, diversified metal casting machinery units, as well as 3D-design software with high hopes of creating up to the minute products per our customer satisfactions.

 

In addition to the progress in improving many management practices, “Regal” aspires to achieve excellence in corporate social responsibility. We have received several accreditations: Thailand Green Business Certification in 2013, Social Compliance in 2014, WCA, BSCI standard certification and Taiwanese government overseas “Rock establishment” company award recipient certification. Working to provide employees good conditions of work, our workplace and workload meet the standard of local regulations and were certified by foreign institutions. Moreover, acting for the benefit of society and environment at large will always be our endeavor for years ahead.
